How do you make sure the content actually sounds like our business?

It starts with the brand content brief — a document we build with you at the beginning of the engagement that defines your brand voice, your tone, the language you use, the topics you care about, and the ones you never discuss. Every piece of content we produce is written against that brief. We also review your existing materials, your website copy, and — if useful — previous content that resonated with your audience before writing a word.
 

Do I need to provide photos or can you create everything from scratch?

We can work with both. If you have photography of your team, your work, or your products, we'll incorporate it into the content system — it always performs better than stock imagery because it's real. If you don't have photography, we'll build a content system around designed graphics, styled stock photography, and specific photography guidance for when you're ready to shoot. Many clients do a combination of both.
 

How is this different from social media management?

Content creation is the production of the content itself — the graphics, copy, and formatting. Social media management includes content creation and also covers the strategic calendar planning, scheduling, community management, and monthly reporting. Some clients engage us for content creation only — where they handle the scheduling and community management themselves. Most clients find the full management service more practical.
